Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 7 August 2026

1. Who you are contracting with

Space-A Terminal (the “Service”) is provided by Aaron Moses Smith, an individual sole trader trading as “Space-A Terminal” (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Service you enter into an agreement with Aaron Moses Smith.

Space-A Terminal is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the U.S. Department of Defense, the U.S. Air Force, or Air Mobility Command.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or continuing to use the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind it; if you use it as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age to form a binding contract.

3. What the Service provides

Space-A Terminal aggregates and presents military Space-Available (Space-A) flight information, terminal directories, roll call times, tentative seat counts, and statistically generated mission predictions. Predictions are estimates derived from historical patterns and are clearly labelled as such.

The Service is informational only. Flight schedules, seat releases, and roll call times change without notice. You must always confirm details directly with the relevant passenger terminal before travelling. We are not a travel agency and we do not book, reserve, or guarantee travel.

4. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

5. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • use the Service unlawfully or for any fraudulent purpose, or to send spam;
  • infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others;
  • interfere with the security or integrity of the Service — including introducing malware, probing or scanning for vulnerabilities, bypassing access controls, or scraping or bulk-extracting data;
  • reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the Service or its data;
  • circumvent usage limits, paywalls, or technical restrictions.

6. Licence and intellectual property

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within the plan you have selected, for your own personal travel planning. We retain all ownership of the Service and its intellectual property, including the software, interface design, prediction models, compiled datasets, documentation, and branding. Nothing in these terms transfers any of our IP to you.

7. Service level and accuracy

We aim to keep the Service available and current, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free operation, and we do not warrant that any data or prediction is accurate or complete. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Payments, subscriptions, and refunds

Paid plans are billed on the frequency shown at checkout (monthly or yearly) and renew automatically until cancelled. Cancelling stops future renewals and access continues to the end of the paid period. Plan upgrades and downgrades take effect immediately and are pro-rated.

Payments for Space-A Terminal are processed by Stripe. For eligible transactions Stripe acts as the seller of record and handles tax compliance, invoicing, refunds, and payment disputes on our behalf.

Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Stripe’s consumer terms. See also our Refund Policy.

One-time tips are voluntary support payments. They are not a purchase of goods or services and do not grant additional access.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these terms, fail to pay, create a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate our acceptable use rules. You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time. On termination your licence ends; you may request an export of your saved trips and watchlists for 30 days, after which account data may be deleted.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits, missed flights, travel or lodging costs, lost data, or loss of goodwill. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses, and costs arising from your unlawful use of the Service, content you submit, or your breach of these terms.

12. Changes to the Service and these terms

We may modify the Service or these terms. Where changes are material we will give reasonable notice in the app. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

13. General

You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in force.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, and the courts located there have exclusive jurisdiction, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
